Staying here for 3 nights was super comfy, the staff was attentive, the location was great with nearby restaurants and shops, plus stores were just around the corner!

Great place to use as a home base for checking out the area and exploring around 🌟.

My room included cable channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff were professional and really helpful and an absolute pleasure. The hotel was just off Michigan and restaurants and a 1 by square thanks to its decent and nice location.

Remove the trash containers from right outside my door. Clean the joint overall. Missing amenities.

Comfortable bed. Nice stand-up shower. Hot water.

Problems checking in because I checked in late (after 6 pm they "charge your card and cancel your reservation.") Night clerk was clueless. Refrigerator made weird noises so badly that I unplugged it for the duration on my stay, at which point it dumped water on the floor. Forgotten undergarments from previous occupant. Diry/worn carpeting. Dust caked on light beside bed. Dirt inside AC unit. Trash overflowing in cans all over property.

The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants in Michigan and Livonia.

Spider webs everywhere couldnt watch television (didnt work) had to switch rooms...

The cozy queen studio had cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator, with a bathroom that included a tub, plus the staff were friendly and attentive and the location was excellent, close to everything you need.

The two young women at the front desk were friendly

Afternoon desk clerk was extremely rude and condicending She has no business working in the hospitality industry. Could barely get her to unlock the office. No one would answer the outdoor phone. We had to buy dish soap and dish towel..could not get a second chair so we could both sit down to our meals. The morning clerk was friendly and helpful but when someone books a room with a kitchen they should not have to run back and forth to the office to get the things they need to prepare a meal.

This place was conveniently located near everything, including restaurants, shopping, and various areas.

Bed bugs!! The room and mattress cover was filthy! The staff was so slow and rude and to top it off I got charged for late check out even though he told me it's complimentary because I couldn't get a refund!
